Laura Dove and Jennifer Bradley will be attending the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Advanced Family Law Retreat in Charlottesville, Virginia on February 20 and 21. The theme of this year’s seminar is “Tying and Untying the Knot: Same Sex Family Law Issues.”
Topics will include cultural issues, prenuptial, cohabitation and marital agreements for same sex couples, Federal benefits for same sex couples, and estate planning and tax considerations for same sex couples.
