Collaborative Divorce is gradually becoming more prevalent in the U.S.—the wildly popular public radio broadcast and podcast This American Life recently produced a show titled “Break-Ups,” which included an interview with New York attorney divorce Barry Berkman.  Mr. Berkman gave up practicing traditional divorce litigation in favor of the collaborative divorce process, and is now on the board of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals.
